Enter through the electric gates from the road and follow the steep drive down through the Louper Weir Estate, towards the beautiful views of Lake Windermere, following signs for The Boat House.
Park up at the rear of the Boat House and enter the dwelling down a set of several steps.
Arrive into the hallway where the spacious shower room can be found, fit with luxury fixtures and fittings and complimentary toiletries.
This room reflects the contemporary style and high standard of the property.
The living arrangement can be found up a narrow spiral staircase to the first floor, where you will find a bright and airy open-plan living space with a sitting area home to Norwegian stress-less chairs where you can recline in the evenings, a well-equipped contemporary kitchen, and a dining area to enjoy all of your romantic meals.
The bedroom area can also be found in this space, with a super king-size bed and patio doors out onto the balcony with spectacular views out onto Lake Windermere, this spot is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of tea or an evening drink after exploring the Lake District.

Loved the views
The road was a bit narrow in car to get to property .
And the spiral stair case was a bit narrow and trick y to get up and down
But over all stay was lovely definately be back
Lovely boathouse, provided there are no floods.

This boathouse was booked for a 68th birthday. Checking the weather before leaving home it suggested that their was a risk of floods and the booking agent suggested that we might want to bring wellies if we wanted to go on the pier.
