Internally, the property has been renovated to a highly contemporary standard, providing a welcoming, pet-friendly holiday home for two couples or a family of four plus their canine companion who are looking to explore this area of Yorkshire and the wonderful, expansive coastline.

Kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a living/dining room with TV, Freeview and DVD player. For entertainment there is also WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs available. Central heating with natural gas. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Rear lawned garden with seating and a BBQ. External boot room with cloakroom basin and WC. Lockable bike storage. PLEASE NOTE: This property does not accept children at all. One well-behaved pet is permitted. Sorry, no smoking allowed. 0.4 mile to the nearest shop and pub. 1.3 miles of beach. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. The owner requires a £125 Good Housekeeping Bond, which must be paid seven days prior to arrival. Rosewood Cottage is a fabulous dwelling for an escape to Yorkshire with loved ones.

Rosewood Cottage is situated in a quiet location close to St Oswald's church in Flamborough. The sea is about twenty minutes walk away, and the coast path takes you to the lighthouse, North Landing, South Landing and Danes Dyke. Flamborough has shops, cafes and pubs. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped with off road parking and a garden.

Fabulous place for a holiday . This cottage is beautiful , it has everything you could possibly need . The decor is lovely and the place was spotless . It has a gorgeous private garden which my dog loved . Lovely , friendly owner who was only a message away if you needed anything . I highly recommend a visit , we will certainly be back .
