Royal Oak is a lovely end-terrace stone cottage nestled in the village of Brassington, East Midlands. Set over three floors, the property hosts four bedrooms, with each floor offering a king-size and twin, together sleeping up to eight guests. There is a shared bathroom and second-floor shower room to serve, as well as a first-floor snug. Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wan electric woodburning stove. Outside has a patio area with furniture, as well as designated parking. Royal Oak is the perfect choice for a family break to the East Midlands. Please note: There is a heating supplement on the property for £55 for bookings that take place between October - March.
