Perched on the hillside of Kingswear, overlooking Dartmouth opposite and the River Dart below, is this stunning property set over three floors and enjoying picturesque views.
Perfectly suited for a family looking for an inviting base to return to after exploring this beautiful area of South Devon, Moorings' interior is stylish and contemporary, bursting with high quality fittings and elegance.
Come in through the front door and into the mosaic tiled porch to hang up your coats before heading downstairs to the lower-ground-floor where you'll find the wonderfully presented sitting room decorated in blue and grey hues in-keeping with the nautical theme.
Here you'll enjoy settling into one of the sofas or armchairs at the end of the day, and either putting a film on the Smart TV or getting stuck into a book.
Next door the kitchen/dining room provides a social hub, with a large island with a breakfast bar perfect for perching at with a glass of wine as you oversee the cooking, before gathering everyone around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal, made even more enchanting thanks to the glorious backdrop of the harbour views out of the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors.
Whether it's a crisp winter day or a warm summer afternoon, you will want to sit out on the balcony as much as possible, and relish in the natural beauty of the countryside and the quaint waterside town vista.

Moorings is a beautifully finished three-storey property located in the delightful village of Kingswear in Devon, overlooking the River Dart and Dartmouth. Hosting four bedrooms including a first-floor master king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size, twin room and children's bunk room, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six adults and two children. I stayed here with a group of friends over the weekend, the house is gorgeous! Very clean, comfortable beds and amazing views over the river. Short walk down to the ferry to get to Dartmouth. Lovely location.Heated floors in kitchen complex and bathroom were a particular highlight.I cannot wait to stay again.

A stunning house with the most perfect view. The house has everything you need for a home away from home while you are away and it has been set up to a high very high standard - good luck fighting over the top bedroom for those morning views!!

Moorings is absolutely stunning! Fabulous views across the marina to Dartmouth both from inside and from its spacious balconies and terraced sitting areas. The decoration is extremely tasteful, is in keeping with the natural surroundings and is quite beautiful. The house is furnished to an exception...
