Move into the amply equipped kitchen where you can rustle up tasty dishes using the gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and with the utility room providing a washing machine and tumble dryer, you have everything needed for a self-catered break! The conservatory is the social hub of the property, boasting a large dining table with plenty of seating, here you can gather to enjoy family feasts followed by a board game, perfect for an evening’s entertainment.
As you look to catch your rest, there are three beautifully presented bedrooms to choose from; on the ground floor there is a king-size and double with en-suite bathroom, whilst upstairs rests a spacious twin which is perfect for the little ones.

The Hemploe is a dormer bungalow resting in the village of Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire, conservatory with dining area and a utility. To the outside is a spacious, lawned garden patio with furniture and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. The Hemploe is a wonderful base for a family getaway to the east coast of England. Note: Stairs are steep and care should be taken. Not suitable for children under the age of 10. Note: Twin bedroom is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Low light on staircase, please take care when using in the night.
