Located a stone’s throw from the coast, Rock Lobster is a spacious holiday home in the picturesque village of Port Isaac.
A reverse-level property, the layout of Rock Lobster is designed to make the best use of the spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the top floors.
On the ground-floor you will find a cloakroom with WC, utility room, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed – ideal for a family with young children – as well as a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and sea views.
The living space is all on the first floor and benefits from lots of natural light provided by the large patio doors that open to a Juliet balcony.
The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities needed to rustle up a quick snack or gourmet meal, and after dinner you can retire to the corner sofa and enjoy the views of the sea from the balcony.
There are two more bedrooms on the second floor; another king-size room with sea views and en-suite shower, as well a room with bunk beds.
To the rear of the property there is a patio terrace where you can enjoy al-fresco dining or simply sit and soak up the sunshine while enjoying a refreshing drink.
Made famous by the TV series Doc Martin, fans of the show can enjoy a guided tour of the village to see all the filming locations used.
Within a short drive are the beaches of Polzeath and Rock, where you can explore rock pools, build sandcastles, and try out surfing or windsurfing.

You are welcome to bring your own with you, or you can hire items direct from Eco-Laundry who will deliver your order in a bag to your holiday home. Orders must be placed at least one week prior to your arrival. Before ordering your linen, please check the bed configurations of your holiday cottage; especially, where zip and link beds are supplied, as you will need to let them know whether you will be using them as a twin or superking.
