13 Above Town is a striking four-storey holiday home resting in Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin and a ground-floor single with trundle bed, along with a bathroom, a lower-ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner with balcony, a lower-ground-floor utility, a sitting room with balcony and a basement sitting room. A garage, for a small car, is available for guests to use a short distance away but there is also a parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space until the 24th March 2027.

• Mayors Avenue Car Park: No time restriction from 2 September to 24 May
• Dartmouth Park and Ride Car Park: All day – any time.

Very well thought out design and quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen is so well equipped, really like a home rather, than a holiday house.
