13 Above Town is a striking four-storey holiday home resting in Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin and a ground-floor single with trundle bed, along with a bathroom, a lower-ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner with balcony, a lower-ground-floor utility, a sitting room with balcony and a basement sitting room. Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture. Create memories that will last a lifetime with a stay at 13 Above Town.
A garage, for a small car, is available for guests to use a short distance away but there is also a parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space until the 24th March 2027.

• Mayors Avenue Car Park: Between the hours of 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. ONLY from 25 May to 1 September.
• Mayors Avenue Car Park: No time restriction from 2 September to 24 May
• Dartmouth Park and Ride Car Park: All day – any time.

The location and views are priceless and the accommodation matches the views.
Very well thought out design and quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen is so well equipped, really like a home rather, than a holiday house.
We will definitely book here again. Such a relaxing place to stay and right in the heart of beautiful Dartmouth.

A comfortable warm house with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Very relaxing, taking in the beautiful views from the sitting room. The downstairs sitting room was never used due to the rainy October weather but it’s a great extra space in warmer months. Shame about not being able to have a chair/ table on the top balcony but understandable if based on previous stormy experiences.
