Sea Glimpses is a charming holiday home located in a superb location in Port Isaac, Cornwall, close to nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants.
A short walk from both Port Isaac's historic harbour and the shingle cove at Port Gaverne, Sea Glimpses is the perfect base - offering a convenient and attractive place to stay for up to three guests in two bedrooms.
The open-plan living space has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need for rustling up a tasty meal or two during your stay and the dining area will comfortably seat three guests around the table.
The delightful sitting area provides a welcome spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing or walking the Cornish coast.
On the ground-floor there is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, as well as a handy utility store cupboard.
Upstairs you’ll find a good-sized single bedroom and the master bedroom with a double bed and views of the countryside from the large VELUX windows.
The pretty village of Port Isaac has become recognisable to many as the fictional town of Port Wenn, in the TV series Doc Martin.
Walk the narrow streets lined with traditional, white-washed fisherman’s cottages, sit on the Platt and watch the fishing boats come and go, or take a boat trip out to sea and along the coastline.
If you are a keen walker then head out along the South West Coast Path, a route that runs for miles in both directions along the coast towards Tintagel to the east and Polzeath to the west.
Polzeath Beach is an award-winning beach that has some great conditions for surfing but if surfing isn’t your cup of tea then you can head around the corner to the more sheltered New Polzeath Beach.
Discover the beauty of North Cornwall with a stay at Sea Glimpses.
