The kitchen is home to electric double ovens and hob, along with a fridge. In terms of entertainment, the ground floor hosts two TVs and WiFi for the barn conversion. The first floor hosts two king-sizes with en-suite shower, a family room with a king-size and single, along with a bathroom. The property features underfloor heating. Outside you will find ample private parking for 6 vehicles and an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. The courtyard also has a small lawned area with children's ride on toys, seesaw and climbing frame. The property is also within 500 metres of a riding school. The shop is situated 1.2 mils away, whilst the pub is 0.7 miles away. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the cost. The Hay Barn was a comfortable cottage in a lovely little village. We really enjoyed the peace a quite of the location and loved the atmosphere of the village pub. We did have issues communicating with Sykes Cottages before the trip because using the communication feature of their app did not work...
