The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and ceramic hob, grill, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, dining seating for four people, a decked balcony with seating and a sitting room with Smart TV and a selection of books. There is a king-size bedroom with en-suite cloakroom and a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a side garden with lawn and seating, rear enclosed garden with lawn and stream and ample off-road parking for up to four cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
