Redwood is a lovely holiday home on Retallack Resort & Spa in the scenic town of Winnard's Perch in Cornwall.
This secluded, privately owned property sleeps up to eight people and features a bubbling hot tub and a terrace with views of the countryside.
Park your car in an off-road parking space, before entering via the easy access ramp into the fabulous open-plan living space, where you can use the electric oven and gas stove to create delightful meals.
Gather around the dining table to toast your holiday before tucking into dinner, or have an alfresco affair on the outdoor furniture if the weather is pleasant, One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor.
Make your way up the stairs to the first floor for the well-appointed living space; unwind on the plush sofa in front of the TV or enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the views from the balcony or challenge your guests to a game of pool or snooker on the 7ft pool table.

The living areas in the property consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting area, as well as a first-floor sitting area with a balcony, 7ft pool table and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, three zip/link twins, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a rear decked area with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for 4 cars. Note: There are 4 EV charging points available on site next to the restaurant, the charging of EV cars is not permitted directly from the property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The property offers a cot, highchair and stairgate. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Redwood makes a wonderful escape to rural Cornwall.

The house and location was perfect, it felt comfortable and clean and with great utility and kitchen facilities. The hot tub was an amazing addition which we loved! The Retallack spa, pool, flowrider and water sports provided daily entertainment for us and the children as well as being in easy reach of beautiful Cornish towns and beaches. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend coming to stay here.
