Welcome to the perfect storybook finca impeccably immersed in its surroundings occupying over 8500 m² on Island Hvar. Breathtaking detail displaying authentic Dalmatian craftsmanship will leave you captivated. The specious stone deck features a large pool with an outdoor shower, impressive built-in traditional barbecue, plenty of sun loungers and a covered dining area. Open plan fully equipped spacious kitchen together with a comfortable lounge and the dining area make for a lovely space for quality times with family and friends. Cozy bedrooms with complementing colors and exposed wood beams give a sense of gracious warmth. With three individual houses Finca Hvar is ideal for three small families seeking ocasional privacy while at the same time looking to spend quality time vacationing together with family and friends.
A total of five bedrooms on the property accommodate 10 adult guests. Four more guests may be accommodated on 2 extra beds plus a sofa bed located in the main house.
The owners have generously provided 12 mountain bicycles available for your use.
Stari Grad on island Hvar is not only the oldest town on the island but it is also one of the oldest ones in Europe dating back to Greek times. Today this is a place the locals cherish, where you are invited to relax, unwind, admire the city standing for centuries and take a walk along the palmtree lined riva, the seafront promenade. Choices of restaurants and cafés are offered here with a lovely view of the harbour. Be sure to try the wine still being made here since the beginning of time as well as fresh seafood, and perhaps venture to the lavender fields or take a hike to Glavica Hill, the town’s highest point, for spectacular views. Welcome to Island Hvar.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets considered upon request. Pool heating available with an additonal 10 euro per day pool heating fee. Events are welcome, hosted outdoors, max 80 guests, please inquire for more details.

Perfect house for a group with really nice facilities like the swimming pool and barbecue. The house looks really nice both inside and outside. However, the location of is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, so it is a bumpy road to reach the house. Also, there a three cats around the house. Above all, we really enjoyed our stay in Hvar!!
