In one of the most exclusive locations on the coast of Dalmatia, Villa Dubrovnik is placed in ideal natural setting overlooking the Adriatic Sea while being minutes outside of city Dubrovnik. It is simply impossible but to admire the serene landscape or the crystal clear blue Adriatic only steps away. Ultra-modern and classy the authentic Croatian stone villa includes quality wood furnishings, arched doorways, exposed wood beams, parqueted floors and contemporary facilities. 180 m² are distributed over three floors. With access to the pool deck the ground floor yields a reception room, fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a dining room, and a rustic living room with a stone fireplace. The upper floors keep five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, and a large family bathroom. The spacious outdoor terrace leads to a 24 m² pool with sun loungers, outdoor covered lounge area and a BBQ with an alfresco dining table. Here you can enjoy sunsets, watch the ferries pass by or simply enjoy the exclusive relaxation Villa Dubrovnik provides.
In five bedrooms nine adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
The villa is approached along a track road which comes directly off the main road and leads down to the villa.
Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO the charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants and makes for a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by.

We shared this home with another family (each with 2 adults and 2 kids). Tons of space in this very modern and beautiful house. The outside set up is amazing and the outdoor kitchen makes any type of outdoor meal easy. The home is easy walking distance to three separate beaches and a 15 or so minute...

Amazing stay. The house is just perfect, having everything you might need for a chill weekend with friends. We were a group of 8 and we loved every minute of it. Def a good place to make summer memorable. Would def come back!
