Found in one of the most desirable locations on the Dalmatian coast, only 300 meters from the beach, Villa Magnifique is truly a unique oasis. The outdoor area yields to a pool surrounded by a beautiful, shaded, private green garden with blooming flowers, comfortable lounge areas, an authentic Croatian built-in BBQ and a terrace with a dining table overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Once inside you will certainly be impressed with open and bright spaces, elegant molding, beautiful detail, arched doorways and exposed Mediterranean stone walls. Modern appliances and a very spacious kitchen is provided for your enjoyment. Villa Magnifique does not spare on luxury, elegance or design while showcasing a creative decor.
The main house comfortably sleeps eleven adults in five of the bedrooms - valid until May 20, 2023. Rates shown are for occupancy of up to eleven guests.
After May 20, 2023 - Newly finished second unit opens up consisting of a living room with a sofa bed, its own kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with sea view as well as a little private patio with garden furniture. Therefore, starting with ’23 season Villa Magnifique will be able to accommodate 13 adults in six bedrooms. One more adult or two children can be accommodated on the sofa bed if necessary. Rates shown are for occupancy of thirteen. Units cannot be booked separately after this date.
Cavtat is a holiday resort destination 18 kilometers south of Dubrovnik voted, in fact, as one of the top European destinations in 2021. It is best known for its beaches, but it does however hold an important place in cultural history of the area. Local customs, folk costumes and traditional embroidery is integrated in locals’ daily lives and can be witnessed in a village Čilipi eight kilometers away. Here a local museum exhibits such examples and the summer festival displays cultural performances and traditional dances. Cavtat invites you to relax, eat well, enjoy the landscape, take a soothing swim, a scenic walk and to simply enjoy life. And if you’re looking for more action, hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik is just 25 min away.
Please note that pool heating is available free of charge in off season. From May 20 to September 20 pool heating is available on request for a small 20 euro per day pool heating fee.
For transparency: please account for 800 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Deposit increases to 1000 starting with May 20, 2023. Baby cots are available on request.

Very disappointed with the location of our Villa. It was so noisy being surrounded by the main road into and out of Cavtat. I wonderful view from the front balcony but sitting and enjoying it was spoilt by the constant noise from the traffic. The pictures of the Villa suggested that the Villa was a ...
