A charming cottage with stunning views and tons of character set amidst olive and pine trees on beautiful island Hvar. This gorgeous property features exposed wood beams, Spanish tile, large pool and an impressive built-in open fire barbecue done in a true Croatian style. For your comfort there is also an oversized outdoor covered dining area and a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a lovely seating lounge. The bright ample rooms display parqueted floors, and a fully equipped dine-in kitchen with a fireplace is adjacent to a cozy living room. Three charming bedrooms offer immaculate views of the Adriatic. Three bathrooms and an exercise room with a sauna are also at your disposal.
In three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Beach is only 200 meters away. Please note that we recommend a car and the last 3 kilometers of the road to the house are not paved. Even though Hvar has been on the tourist radar for quite some time attracting A-Listers from around the world it continues to be an example of undisturbed landscape and us living in harmony with nature. Be sure to visit Stari Grad, which is not only the oldest town on the island but it is also one of the oldest ones in Europe dating back to Greek times. Today this is a place the locals cherish, where you are invited to relax, unwind and admire the city standing for centuries. Be sure to try regional delicacies, fresh seafood and local wine, still being made here since the beginning of time. Also, we recommend you venture to the lavender fields or take a hike to Glavica Hill, the island’s highest point, for spectacular views.
For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please inquire about pets.

Belle villa avec vue panoramique sur la mer, à 300 m d'une petite crique charmante.. Endroit calme dans un écrin de verdure. Maison bien équipée.
Petite cuisine, petites chambres , belle salle de bain principale.
Le plus: la petite salle de gym et le sauna.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und toller Urlaub. Lediglich die 3km ruppige Schotterstraße zur Anfahrt sind auf die Dauer etwas anstrengend. Die Bilder von der Grösse der Innenräume sind etwas vorteilhaft fotografiert, der Außenbereich 100% identisch.
