We have this charming, newly renovated 45 m² flat with wifi for rent in Vannes, which can accommodate up to two people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a table with chairs that can seat 4 guests, a beautiful bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom.
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.
It is a 5-minute walk from the town centre and has a parking space.

seul bémol emplacement dans une rue très très fréquentée -balcon qui donne sur la rue est inutilisable en raison du flux incessant de voitures."

Excellent emplacement, tout près du centre historique de Vannes. Facilement accessible et correspondant bien à la description.
Quelques défauts cependant: Salle de bain très petite et baignoire difficile d'accès à cause du pare-douche. certains appareils sont difficiles à mettre en marche et sans notice ( plaques de cuisson à induction, radiateur de la salle de bain, éclairage de la chambre).

LE JARDIN DU PALAIS Logement correspond bien au photos, proche du Centre ville et de la gare. Il a une bonne luminosité, bien équipé et assez calme.
