On the ground floor is the living room with television and DVD player.
There is also a bathroom and access to outside space. The first floor has the kitchen and dining room with fine sea views of the Jurassic coast. The second floor has two bedrooms.
At the front of the house. the double bedroom has sea views while at the back of the house there are two adjoining rooms without a door separating them which have a single bed in one and bunk beds in the other.
Access to the garden is from here. The third floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The larger double has sea views while the other double is accessed via the bathroom and looks out onto the garden. Access to Sundial House is via a key safe at the property so guests can self check-in at anytime. Additional permits can be purchased for £65 per week or £35 for 3 days (as at Juny 2023).

The Sundial is a beautiful iconic Grade II Listed Arts and Crafts house that sleeps 9 and is situated on the seafront in Lyme Regis overlooking the Cobb and harbour with stunning panoramic views across Lyme Bay taking in Golden Cap and Portland.
We offer a complimentary car parking permit for Woodmead car park, which is a long stay public car park, a short walk from Sundial.

We had a lovely couple of days at Sundial House which enjoys a fantastic location with breathtaking sea views.The house is an Arts and Crafts gem, and is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.The many delights of Lyme Regis are close at hand.Mark was helpful and accommodating and readily on hand to deal with any problems.

Poor facilities. One bathroom had cracked sink and bath and shower not usable. Bad smell of damp on lower floors.
Query whether some furnishings/bedding/pillows/cushions contained feathers as one of party heads severe allergic reaction(had to cut short our stay) beds not made on arrival-stained matt...
