The holiday home Casa del Sole in Tertenia is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor garden area, a covered patio equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
At the back is a covered veranda with a rear entrance to the house, with an outdoor shower and sink.
The property has access to an outdoor beachfront area that includes a shared swimming pool (open May 15 to October 15). The villa is located in a residence with many amenities such as a tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and a lounge bar.
It is near the beautiful 'Foxi Manna' beach, and there is a market about 1 km away. Free parking is available in the residence's large parking lot. Pets are not allowed. The property has a step-free access and interior. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site. The tourist tax only applies to stays of up to 7 nights for guests aged 10 and over.
