Our apartments, which consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen, are located in a complex between the towns of Gümüşlük and Yalıkavak, which are the quietest places in Bodrum.
Our downstairs apartments have a garden, our top floor apartments have a balcony, and all of our apartments are equipped with fully equipped equipment considering all your needs.
Each of our apartments has a total of 11 Turkish and Greek island views, including Kos (Kos) island and the famous Kardak cliffs. Gumusluk and Turgutreis are also under your feet. As you can see from the view, our site is located at an elevated position.
We recommend that you come by car, as it is far from public transport. Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and air conditioning.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, 1 bedside table and air conditioning.
Living Room: There is 1 sitting group, dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, shared bathroom - toilet.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware, and all kitchen utensils are adequate.
Pool: There is a large communal swimming pool with excellent sea views.
Balcony and terrace: It has a balcony and a terrace suitable for barbecue.
Free Services: Welcome, electricity, water, gas, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet.
Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
