The appartment 'El Faro' is part of a large villa consisting of 2 houses. The flat is located on the lower floor and has a large private terrace with stunning sea views and a private pool (2.5x2.5).
El Faro is situated in the urbanisation Roca Maura, only 800 metres from the beautiful sandy beach and the cosy centre of L'Estartit.
Through a staircase you reach the flat with the following format: Living room with open kitchen and beautiful sea view, bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning. Through the small bedroom you reach the spacious private terrace with dining table, sun beds and private pool! There is a freezer in the laundry room. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea view!
There is a common laundry room with washer and dryer that you can use.

Estratit est magnifique. L'appartement est sur les hauteurs du village, donc il faut un moyen de locomotion. (impossible d'aller chercher son pain le matin si on est pas un bon grimpeur...). il est propre, bien agencé et très joli. La literie est excellente. le gros +++ c'est la piscine privée sur une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les Iles Medes. Idéal pour jeunes (couples ou amis)

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec une belle vue et une piscine plus qu’agréable !! Tout est à proximité avec une petite zone commerciale de bord de plage.

Lækker altan , lille god pool, fantastisk udsigt og beliggenhed.
Lejlighed er lidt slidt med knækkede fliser og afskallet maling. Der manglede brødkniv og andre basale småting.
