Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen . Wir hätten zum Beispiel mal vorgeschlagen, das Bett zu erneuern und die beiden alten Sofas auch. Beides nicht mehr bequem bzw durchgesessen. Die Küche , wenn möglich vielleicht in den Wohnbereich öffnen. Die Küche ist sehr eng für zwei Leute. Warmwasser dauert...
