Apartment Sydney is a modern and spacious ground-floor apartment, ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and easy access to the center of Alvor. The open-plan living and dining area offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, creating a harmonious transition to the rest of the house. The apartment features two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.
One of the bedrooms also has a small outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for quiet moments outdoors. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a breakfast table, a balcony, and a pantry. Outside, the apartment enjoys access to a communal swimming pool and garden, reached by stairs or elevator to a lower level and then just a few steps. The location is excellent, allowing you to enjoy the proximity to the center of Alvor, the beach, the boardwalk, and a wide range of restaurants and cafes. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: €150 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests. For the 5th to 6th guest, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Apartment Sydney was perfect for our family holiday! Spacious, well-equipped, and with a lovely pool area just steps away. The location is fantastic—close to Alvor's beautiful beach, boardwalk, and charming restaurants. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
