The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The residence offers a large shared garden, direct access to the beach and the lake, three communal piers, and a lake-view terrace with tables and chairs available for guests to have lunch or dinner outdoors.
Outside, there is a shower, ideal after a day at the lake, and a playground for children. The famous Vittoriale is about 1 km away, while the nearest airport is about 36 km from the apartment. - Beach/pool towels Payment 5,00 € per person
