Comfortable and bright 35 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people located on the 3 floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for people with disabilities).
The accommodation is located a few steps from Piazza Tripoli in an area equipped with all services and well connected to the city center thanks to several bus lines.
The closest metro stop is Gambara, line M1 (Red), about 10 minutes on foot from the apartment and with which you can reach Piazza Duomo in about 10 minutes. The apartment is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with induction hob, sink, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), dining table, split A/C (above the kitchen). - BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and wc. - BEDROOM with foldaway double bed, single sofa bed (120x190 cm), wardrobe, TV, split A/C (above the tv). - BALCONY with access from the kitchen. OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, A/C, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. ATTENTION: presence of noise due to work in the neighbor's house The apartment is located in the Lorenteggio area, a residential area a few steps from Piazza Tripoli.
From here pass several bus lines including 90 and 91 that move on the ring road connecting the perimeter of the city center. About 10 minutes on foot is the "Gambara" subway station M1 (red line) through which you can reach Piazza Duomo in 10 minutes.
The streets of the neighborhood are lined with informal bars and pizzerias, as well as shops and businesses.
The area is very green, in fact right in front is the park located in the square and a little further on is the Nino Bruni park and the "Caterina da Forlì" garden. - From Linate airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus 73 and getting off at "V.le Corsica 1 before V.le Campania" and then change to bus 90 and get off at "V. le Misurata before Via Zuara ". Then continue on foot for minutes to the accommodation. - From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, then take the green line M2 underground to "Cadorna" and change to the M1 to the "Gambara" stop for continue on foot for about 10 minutes to the apartment. - From the Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground green line M2 to "Cadorna" and changing to the M1 until the "Gambara" stop to continue on foot for about 10 minutes to the apartment. - If you are traveling by car, you can park on the street for a fee (blue lines) or for a fee in the garage and car repair shop C.D. Découverte d'une pizzéria typique et excellente à 10 mn à pieds
Pas d'emplacement pour les poubelles indiqués : on a du les jeter dans la rue par nos propres moyens
Concierge mal aimable : à aucun moment, elle nous a dit bonjour
Habitation qui résonne dans laquelle on entend toutes les canalisations et les conversations des voisins.

The appartment was clean, only 11 minutes far from metro station, quiet zone area, had all amenities. (dish washer, coffee machine) I think it;s an old building and a couple of hours in the morning and in the evening we could hear some noise, we think it was some pipes, but we didn; t stay too much in the appartment so we didn;t mind it. Overall everything was ok.

I liked the warm and welcoming design. The location was perfect since we wanted to be close to the Beit Chabad which is located just a minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, the apartment was very convenient for observant Jews as it has keys and no automatic lights. I would appreciate it if there was more soap.
