Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, very close to St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, L'ANGE GARDIEN is a lovely air-conditioned holiday apartment with a beautiful terrace and garden view.
It is situated in the Pierre & Vacances residence and is close to all amenities.
Marinières beach is 300 meters away, and you will find supermarkets in Villefranche or Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
Free parking and WiFi are available in the residence.
A tennis court is also located at the entrance of the residence (fee applies), as well as a communal pool* (also requires a fee). The layout of this apartment includes: A living/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace with a garden view. A large open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. You also have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with bunk beds. Your accommodation benefits from free WIFI internet access. It is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator and has the advantage of being very quiet. Villefranche train station is a 1 km walk from the apartment, and Nice Airport is only a 25-minute drive away. A paid laundry room on the lower floor with a washing machine and dryer is available. A security deposit of €700 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is debited). ⚠️ Not applicable for Airbnb bookings. *PAID ACCESS TO THE POOL €3 PER HALF-DAY AND €6 PER DAY PER PERSON - Inquire at the snack bar near the pool.
