A lovely two-storey flat with a large terrace from which to enjoy the view of the town and the sea in the distance, just a few steps from the historic centre of Ostuni.


The flat, located on the first floor within walking distance, opens onto a finely furnished open space comprising living and sleeping area. The spacious and bright space has access to a balcony and features a dining table, a double sofa bed, a television, a wardrobe and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine. The sleeping area is located in an alcove equipped with a comfortable double bed.

A staircase leads to the upper floor which houses a relaxation area featuring a sofa, an armchair and a television set on a piece of furniture. From here, you have access to the magnificent terrace furnished with two sun loungers and a dining table, ideal for enjoying the beautiful Apulian days. A bathroom with shower completes the flat.


Comforts such as air conditioning in the living room, free wi-fi and independent heating for the coldest days are available.

A few steps from our flat is the centre of the pearl of the Itria Valley, Ostuni, known to the world as the White City. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its alleyways, the Piazza della Libertà and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its "sassi" and European capital of culture.


The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (70 minutes).
