The spacious living and dining area offers a cozy atmosphere, with comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels, and direct access to the outdoors.
The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
One of the double bedrooms is en suite with a bathtub, and there is a twin bedroom that is en suite with a shower.
The remaining bedrooms each have two single beds and access to additional bathrooms with showers.
All bedrooms include air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing home-cooked meals, with direct access to the outdoor area.
Outside, the villa invites relaxation, with a private pool (can be heated for an additional cost) and a BBQ area perfect for al fresco dining with family and friends.
Located in the quiet Quinta da Balaia area, just a 5-minute drive from Albufeira, Praia da Oura, and Olhos de Água, this villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to restaurants, shops, and golf courses.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Pool heating is always a plus for your holidays, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C warmer than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.

A very comfortable and inviting place, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time together. The villa offered everything we needed for a stress-free break, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Algarbe restaurant, which was a perfect addition to our stay.

We had a fantastic time and really appreciated how comfortable and well-equipped the property was. The outdoor pool and barbecue area were perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons, and the location offered a peaceful retreat while still being close to local amenities. Highly recommended.
