Built in 2009, Tide & Time is located just outside from the village of Potter Heigham, famous as the home to the Hickling Broad, the largest Broad in the county.


The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and of course direct river access with decked area looking out over the water.


Sleeping up to 6 guests (including at least two children), the first bedroom offers 1 double bed, and the second room features a double bed, single bunk bed (suitable for children only) & one normal single bed.


A bright open plan living space offers comfortable seating and a flat screen television. There is a foldable dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all amenities and facilities including a coffee machine. There is one family bathroom with a power shower.


Guests can enjoy warm days relaxing in the sunshine of the riverside garden taking in the abundance of wildlife and watching the boats sail by.
