Welcome to our comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a serene location, only 500m from the nearest shops and restaurants, and 1.5km from the historic heart of Bergerac.
You will love to return to this comfy retreat after a day spent appreciating the charm of Dordogne.

Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4! Drift to sleep in the 1 BEDROOM featuring a cozy Double Bed.
You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. There is 1 BATHROOM.
Bedroom and bathroom linens are included! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities. After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA.
Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite movie on the TV (which may only offer French channels).
WiFi is available for an additional charge (prices available on-site).
In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher.
Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.
Rent a raclette grill, fondue equipment, or an electric BBQ for your unit and make a delicious meal for your group. Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent services and amenities at the Residence Le Clos des Vignes, where our apartment is conveniently located! These include access to the games area with table tennis, the on-site fitness area, and the shared pool.
If you're travelling by car, there is free parking available on-site (subject to availability). Please let us know if you would like to bring your pet and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge.
The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation. Guests are requested to clean their apartment prior to departure.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for €55.

Arrivée facile, résidence tranquille sans circulation de véhicules (ce qui est appréciable) située à côté d’un lac avec plage.Piscine correcte (attention le bassin est profond de 1m50 sur la totalité)Nous avons pris une maison pour 8 personnes - à 5 nous étions bien Petit bémol sur le réfrigérateur qui était déjà trop petit pour 5 .

L'endroit était bien situé pour se rendre à Bergerac.Un bémol et pas le moindre ; la piscine soi disant chauffée ne l'était pas. On nous a servi l'excuse bidon d'une panne dans le système de chauffage, excuse donnée par beaucoup en esptembre. Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner et nous le regrettons. Pour le reste, rien à dire, une panne de frigo résolue dans l'heure, chose que nous avons appréciée.
