Located in Cala Santanyí, Santanyí, Can Ferrando is a spacious 240 m² country house for up to 8 guests, including babies and children, with no room for additional guests.
Unregistered visitors need the property manager's prior permission to enter. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating throughout, a TV and a washing machine.
A cot and high chair are available on request for families with children. Enjoy terraces with beautiful sea views, a barbecue and an outdoor pool, ideal for relaxing and reading on a sun lounger.
From early May to late October, a small local supermarket is a few minutes' walk away (please check opening times, as these may vary). Outside these dates, the nearest supermarket is 5 km away. The property is in a quiet area, so events and parties are not allowed.
A car is strongly recommended for getting here, exploring nearby villages and shopping.
Free private parking is available on site. From November to April inclusive, the minimum stay is 4 nights, with check-in or check-out on any day of the week.
From May to October inclusive, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in on Thursdays only.
Self check-in makes arrival easy.
Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge. Important water notice: the property's water is not safe for human consumption (drinking, cooking or brushing teeth). Outdoor pool: 8.5 × 5 m, 1.8 m deep.

Die Lage und damit verbunden die Ruhe, sowie der unmittelbare Meerblick sind fantastisch. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Die Trennung von Wohn- und Schlafbereich sehr gelungen.
Die Kommunikation mit Marga der Verwalterin vorbildlich. Danke dafür!
Die Regeln wie und wann das Haus zu verlassen ist, waren sehr rigide. Check out um 10h und die Gartenarbeiter fangen um 09h an mit Rasenmähen etc.
Ein CD player oder Bluetooth Lautsprecher wären angenehm gewesen.
