Patio doors in the sitting room open onto an enclosed terrace, perfect for taking in the stunning views and sea air. A gate from the enclosed garden takes you into two acres of private woodland stretching to the clifftops.
The secluded woodland contains a babbling brook with a little waterfall and is perfect for evening strolls as the setting sun disappears into the bay. The property is a just a 3-minute walk to the shops and amenities of New Quay with a variety of eating and drinking options on offer.
Wildlife spotting boat trips can be easily arranged from the pretty little harbour to see Cardigan Bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins and spectacular array of wildlife.
What’s more, the Ceredigion coast is littered with hidden coves, dramatic cliff-top walks, and blue-flag beaches, making it one of the UK’s best undiscovered holiday destinations. It was a nice place, nice and roomy. Liked the top bedroom because you could see right across the bay. It was good that the harbor was being used quite a bit. The one thing about the house we didn't like was the patio door at the back could do with a step as it is quite a drop.

We enjoyed Our Holiday at Seafields - Sea Views are very relaxing and Sunrises different each Morning to enjoy

Seafields was in a great location and had stunning views of the bay .The accommodation was spacious and had lots of 'extras' ,for eg tea,coffee,milk ,cakes ,beach towels ,washing capsules etc .The bedrooms were really good sizes and the outdoor space was good too .
