Holiday cottage located in Fishguard, set upon a cliff top over looking the habour of Lower Town Fishguard.. Ground Floor: Living room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Open Fire Dining room.
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds.
Central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included.

Upper Fishguard has a good range of local amenities including interesting independent shops, supermarket, post office, chemist, health centre, vet and filling station.
Fishguard Farmers Market is held every Saturday and a weekly market every Thursday.
Pub ½ mile, on the flat round the harbour path.
Restaurant ⅓ mile, up hill.

This 3-bed cottage is all about the location and its garden. The house itself is well-equipped (more mugs and coat hangers would be nice), but could be even better if it was spruced up and maybe some of the furnishings updated but maybe that all adds to its charm?

The fact that this was the 32yd year in a row that we have stayed in this cottage for two weeks speaks volumes. The location is unique and the Pembrokeshire countryside and coast is superb.
