In addition, on the ground floor, there is a utility room with a full-size fridge/freezer and washing machine.
There is also an enclosed courtyard to enjoy on warm sunny days.
Upstairs both bedrooms include quality beds and linen that will guarantee a good night’s sleep, after a long day of exploring.

So many walks can be found nearby including ’Orrest Head’ in Windermere offering spectacular views over Lake Windermere, and some of Lakeland’s finest fells are a mere short drive away.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Immaculate. Good quality furnishings. Lovely large kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom and downstairs toilet beautiful. The complimentary bottle of wine was a very thoughtful touch and thoroughly enjoyed. Within half an hour of our arrival we re-booked this gem for next year.

Only downfall was lack of hair driers and perhaps better outside furniture. Over all very comfortable.
