Nice townhouse located in a very quiet area of L'Escala.
It is only a 12-minute walk from Riells beach and the promenade.
The house has two large private terraces, one in front and one behind the house.
It also features a communal pool, which is available ONLY from June to the end of September. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house is divided into two floors.
It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and one bedroom with two single beds.
There is air conditioning in the dining room and hallway.
Two bathrooms (both with showers), a spacious living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and an open-plan kitchen with access to the rear terrace.
The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture.
The garage is not available for parking, but there is the possibility of free parking on the same street. A total of 6 people can sleep in the house, on the double bed, bunk beds, and two single beds.
