There is a private saltwater pool which can be heated as needed. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms both with shower and one also has a tub. On the terrace there is a BBQ, lots of sunbeds, dining area for everyone and cozy places around the saltwater pool so you can really sit and enjoy the fantastic view.
Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. On this floor you also have a washer and dryer. The whole home is luxuriously decorated in Scandinavian style. There is aircon cold and hot throughout the villa. Wifi and TV channels in pretty much every language. Here you have peace and quiet as the villa is the last residence on a cul de sac and still you are close to everything as it will only take 10 minutes to walk to La Cala town or to the beach.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.
