This home is special. The ground floor has been built into a cave, and there are four more floors to explore after that – it’s a treasure trove of cosy corners and rooftop bliss.
The ground floor boasts a quirky, cool living space – it’s in a cave after all – that leads into a private courtyard. Each of the bedrooms has its own balcony that looks onto this courtyard, but that’s just the start of the outdoor space here. This home boasts not one, but two rooftop terraces. The fourth floor is where you’ll dine afresco, with a built-in barbecue and table with sweeping views over Mijas and out to sea. The fifth floor is all about soaking up the sun – this sun-drenched space offers breath-taking panoramic views and sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy . There’s also an outdoor shower to help you keep cool.
Inside the home, you’ll find pretty tiles and quirky wicker wall hangings – you can tell that a lot of love has gone into every room. Whether you’re spending your mornings around the kitchen table or are sipping chilled wine on your balcony, you’re sure to fall in love with this home.
In terms of location, you couldn’t be better placed. This house is in the centre of Mijas. Everything you need is within easy reach. In the morning, walk 10 steps to the bakery to pick up a loaf of their rustic sourdough for lunch. The Mijas market is just around the corner open from 9am to 2pm everyday. So stop by for wine, cheese and jamón, or if you fancy cooking in the fully equiped kitchen, theres also the fresh catch of the day. On the way to the market is a butcher in case you're into something more meaty. For a day at the beach, drive just seventeen minutes to Playa de Carvajal.
After a day of swimming in the sea, head back to the house to watch the sunset from the rooftop. Perhaps open up a bottle of wine before making your way to one of the lovely restaurants nearby.

Pros: One of the most unique places I've ever stayed in. The pictures are stunning, but it's even more beautiful in person. I highly recommend staying here!
Cons: What's not to enjoy? Mijas and the surrounding area are great!

Pros: The house is wonderfully styled, amazing location and suitable for family or friends. So many useful touches, everything you could need in the kitchen and around the house. Amazing view.

Pros: Podría decir que todo! pero por destacar algo , la limpieza y la cantidad de detalles, la belleza de la casa y el entorno. Mijas es un espectáculo en si.
Cons: Lo único que echamos en falta, fue unas persianas o unos estores opacos en los dormitorios a la hora de dormir. Sobre todo por los pequeños, yo al menos madrugaba todos los días. HAY TANTO QUE VER EN MIJAS!!
