This property has underfloor heating and one main open-plan space where the master bed and kitchen / diner are found. There is a second separate double bedroom and a lovely separate bathroom

Positioned beneath the huge skylight in the main room of the roundhouse, the hand made double bed has under bed storage on caster wheels, two bedside pedestal tables and lamps as well as wall hooks for hanging clothes

The separate second bedroom features a hand made solid wood double bed, two bedside pedestal tables and lamps as well as wall hooks for hanging clothes
Bathroom
Gorgeous bathroom with feature tiles and large walk-in shower with rain head and handheld attachment, WC, heated towel rail and wash basin
Outside
To the front of the roundhouse is a private area laid with Cornish stone gravel and lawn. A picnic bench for outdoor meals, charcoal BBQ and an electric hot tub that sits partially hidden behind a large metal screen
*Charcoal is not supplied so guests are asked to bring their own
East Thorne offers a host of amazing on-site and shared facilities to complete your glamping experience too
Tallet Barn: A covered seating area with two large tables seating 12 at each. Hanging heaters, chimineas and a large wood burner keep you warm and dry. A great space for larger groups to gather together. Available on a first come first served basis
Clay pizza oven: Create and cook your own delicious wood-fired pizzas. Simply let the site know ahead of time that you’d like to use the oven during your stay
Fire pit: A huge fire pit in the middle of the site with rustic seating. Perfect for toasting marshmallows, enjoying a sing-along and getting to know people
Animal feeding: Guests will love the paddock on site which has American Pygmy goats, chickens, geese, a very large pig and an assortment of different birds in an aviary. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays the site offers animal feeding which is a great activity for younger members of the family
The Hive: Fresh and frothy coffee, hot chocolates and teas served from a converted horsebox every morning except Mondays and Fridays (April to October). On weekends you can also nab fresh, locally baked pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, and cinnamon swirls

Set within a peaceful countryside location on the outskirts of Bude, Flow is one of East Thorne’s brand new roundhouses and is simply perfect for a relaxing family holiday or as a stylish getaway for couples and friends.
One of a small collection of uniquely designed dwellings, Flow features a curvaceous open plan space with exposed roof timbers and contemporary décor, where a small yet perfectly proportioned kitchen and a main bedroom sit beneath its large porthole skylight. A second separate bedroom with full-size double bed creates that all important private space, and there’s a beautiful, light-flooded bathroom with signature wall tiles and a large walk-in shower cubicle for de-sanding in after a day at the beach.
Of course, as with any luxury country lodge escape, you’ll be wanting your own hot tub, and Flow’s roomy electric tub sits to the front of the property behind a locally crafted metal screen. Laze back and enjoy a morning soak or sink into the bubbles under a canopy of stars. For outdoor feasts or evening drinks, there’s a picnic bench overlooking the landscaped communal grounds, and when the sun sets you can hang out around the site’s enormous campfire until it’s time for bed.

I had a brilliant weekend away at East Thorne in the Flo roundhouse. The rooms were clean and decorated to a high standard with the kitchenette kitted out with everything you need. An extra bonus was the private hot tub! A great base for exploring the area and the host was informative and friendly. ...

Had a recent lovely stay at the Round House. Accommodation was comfortable, everything you need for you stay (except food of course ) was provided. \r\nThe shower was lovely , hot tub really lovely and the hosts were very friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone staying here .

The pod, bed linen, pots and pans, cutlery, bathroom and hot tub were soo clean. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great fun. The only little disappointment, and I know it was due to the weather, but we had taken our four year old twins and they were looking forward to feeding the animal...
