A bright and spacious apartment with over 70m2 of living space, as well as a magnificent sea-view terrace, it offers all the necessary comfort for a most pleasant vacation.
The residence is located on the seafront, halfway between the old town of Menton and Italy.
You only need to cross the street to reach restaurants and private beaches. For parking, you can choose between the public parking at Sablettes (10 min walk) or street parking in the blue zone (€15/week). Accommodation carefully prepared and disinfected for your arrival. Check-in 7 days a week, 24 hours a day: Welcome directly at the accommodation between 4 PM and 6 PM from Tuesday to Saturday. Self-check-in after 6 PM and on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays. Extras (prices indicated below) End-of-stay cleaning - €90 Pets (clean and well-behaved) - €50 House Rules Behave like a responsible owner The accommodation is non-smoking The accommodation must be returned clean
