Villa with private pool, located in a quiet area, with maximum tranquility without noise and surrounded by nature.
The holiday home, on the ground floor consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a double bed each, and 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed 2 beds), on the top floor there are 2 double beds. On the floor below, there is a mini apartment with 2 single beds, a living room and bathroom. It also has 1 fully independent apartment adapted for disabled people complying with regulations in measures, stay without steps inside, shower, sink and toilet all adapted and with large sliding glass wall with views; with a separate kitchen and 1 double bed. so it has capacity for 16 to 20 people maximum.
As for the outdoors, it has tennis court, petanque, skate-park, billiards, foosball, dart throwing games, barbecue and paellera gas. It also has a nice garden available to guests, private pool where you could relax with your loved ones and private indoor parking area with capacity for 8-10 vehicles.
The accommodation is located 2 minutes from La Nucía, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, ambulatory, bars and restaurants. 5 minutes from the mountain of Ponoch where you can go hiking, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata del Ponoch, canyoning (ravine of Abdet, Bolulla, Fanalic, etc). 10 minutes from the beaches of Levante and Poniente of Benidorm where you can do water skiing, snorkeling, diving, etc. 15 minutes from the town of Altea, Albir, Finestrat, Relleu, etc. 15 minutes from the reservoir and village of Guadalest. 15 minutes from Las Fuentes del Algar (rivers, waterfalls, picnic area and restaurants).
HOUSE POLICY*The house is prepared for 16 people, although it can be adapted for 20 people. For this and in case you want to adapt adding mattresses for a capacity of up to 20 people, a surcharge of € 19 per person and night will be charged to adapt the house to those people by providing mattresses and bedding.* Guests can make use of everything in the villa. Swimming pool, tennis court, foosball, billiards, petanque, darts, etc. They can also make use of the barbecue and paelleras, but because the cleaning service of the company that takes care of it, only takes care of interiors, if you use the barbecue, It must bprie cleaned and collected, as well as free of ash, grease on the grills or wood/charcoal burned on it. It should remain as it will be upon arrival. If not, there will be a penalty of 50€ to send a person to the cleaning service to clean it.* The firewood or charcoal must be brought by the guest if they want to use it since it is not available in the villa. It is possible to buy at the supermarket 'Economy' located three roundabouts from the villa next to the gas station of La Nucía.*The host lives about 25 minutes from the apartment. When you are approximately 30 minutes from Benidorm, you should send a message so that you can go there and arrive at the same time. They will be at the entrance and the host will show you the villa, give you the keys and solve any questions you have.* VERY IMPORTANT: After the maximum time of arrival (from 15:00h to 19:00h at the latest), due to work causes of the host’s own work, outside the rent of the villa, along with personal reasons of being in charge of dependent relatives, it is not guaranteed that the host can be available either by telephone or in person to be located hours later than those mentioned to be able to give them the keys without having previously agreed and that they can stay that night. Therefore, it is requested to avoid annoying and uncomfortable situations for both, well calculate their travel hours from their place of origin to the home, to arrive on the margin of the arrival time slot and that everything develops satisfactorily for both and can enjoy your stay from your arrival.*It is recalled once again that the time of arrival is from 15:00h to 19:00h. If you want to put music to dance, sing, etc., it should be done inside the villa.*Being a house with tourist license is governed by the mandatory rules by Tourism and local regulations for both guest and host. Therefore, the Tourism Department obliges the host to request each guest over 16 years of age to complete a document called 'Traveler’s Party' with the details of each person’s ID and to provide the host with a photograph in front of and behind the ID card or passport of each guest to stay, so that the host forwards it to Tourism for the control of travellers and apartment guests, hotels and rural houses of tourist scope of the national territory.*Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-return of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation.*Pets are allowed on request
