This beautiful front-line apartment has 2 bedrooms, a garage for one vehicle, and can accommodate 4 people.
It is located on Almadrava beach, in Els Poblets, about 7 km from the city of Denia.
The urbanization where it is located is fully equipped, with a gym, playground, a large lawn area, adult and children's pools, and direct access to the sea. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly, but a sandy beach is only 200 meters away. Upon entering the accommodation, we find the kitchen to the right.
It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Next to it, there is a bathroom with a shower. Zona tranquila, sin mucho bullicio, aunque con restaurantes cercanos. Con vistas a playa de cantos rodados.
La casa estaba equipada con lo básico para pasar unos días, un buen aire acondicionado.
La urbanización cuenta con una gran piscina, y garaje subterráneo,
No hay playas para perros cercanas, hay que desplazarse hasta Altea para encontrar la mas cercana, a unos 30-40 min en coche.
Vistas al mar, playa de piedras.

Las vistas al mar mediterraneo.
Tengo varias para comunicar.:
Como saben es la tercera vez que me os pego y en las otras dos anteriores, comuniqué el mal uso de lavavajillas y lavadora.
La lavadora la habían cambiado pero el lavavajillas no y se me estropeó en el primer uso, parecía que explotaba del sonido que emitía, tengo graba...
Sensación y vistas excelentes.

Vistas, tranquilidad del inmueble, restauración cercana, todo tipo de servicios al alcance andando.
1.) El lavavajillas y la lavadora son muy antiguos, a la vez que no se encuentran en buenas condiciones de uso, lo que hace que sus trabajos no sean apropiados.
2.) Las duchas no estaría mal fueran cerradas por cristal en vez de cortina plástica.
3.) El WC de la habitación de matrimonio, se estropeó su sistema de depósito de agua.
