New for 2022, the apartment features a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, and an extensive living and dining area with modern kitchen. Making the most of the Victorian origins, the large sash windows provide plenty of light, while the high ceilings create a spacious feel.
Inspired by the life and times of Dorothea Beale and her work in education and the Suffragette movement, the flat delivers a modern, inviting feel that nods towards the heritage of the place. The flat features:
a fully-fitted and equipped kitchen, including hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower double bed, and bedroom furnishings including a full size wardrobe access to a shared laundry space including washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron smart TV fully adjustable electric heating.
Please note, although the flat is on the ground floor, there is a step at the front door. While this can be bridged with a ramp, and we have done our best to make the flat as accessible as possible, the historic nature of the building has placed some limits on our accessibility measures and wheelchair users will find it restrictive.
