IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around and the oil is meter read and based on consumption. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Ondanks de tekorten van de woning een prima vakantie gehad.

Trip adviezen van de beheerder.
Er was een wasmachine aanwezig.
Twee dagen geen water vanwege een waterlek in de omgeving. We mochten gebruik maken van toilet, douche en keuken in de andere woning waar ons opviel dat daar alle faciliteiten veel beter waren.
De beheerder reageert niet op sms berichten of op Whatsapp berichten.
Locatie slecht te vinden door een slechte beschrijving. Er wordt verwezen richting Churchfield te rijden, maar er bestaat geen plaats Churchfield.
