Villa Olea is a newly built, modern villa with 3 bedrooms in Sveti Petar u Šumi. Villa Olea will delight you with its modern charm.
The beautiful terrace that connects the large living room, kitchen, and pool, will satisfy you with its size and comfort. The villa has a large, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with additional satellite TV, and one of the rooms has direct access to the pool (9x4m). Guests have at their disposal a garage with two parking spaces, laundry, and a completely fenced yard.
Pets are not allowed, as well as the stay of younger groups of people who are planning a loud party.
Shops, restaurants, cultural and sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Olea. Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt dem Haus an nichts. Drei wunderschöne Zimmer mit Bad.Extra Toilette,sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und alles klimatisiert. Der Pool mit der Terrasse Mega. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Von der Lage her alles mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Umgebung.
