This well presented, detached bungalow is surrounded by a substantial and well maintained garden and enjoys country views. The Lawns is pleasantly situated in the village of Charlton Marshall, which is only 2 miles from the vibrant Georgian market town of Blandford. Blandford is home to a good selection of shops and olde pubs, it is the heart of the local farming community with weekly farmers market.
The Lawns is comfortably furnished and centrally heated, making it an ideal holiday spot whatever the season. The garden, which is the owners pride and joy is of particular note with substantial lawns and well-tended flower borders, a covered seating area immediately outside the back door is a lovely sun trap. Being all on one floor The Lawns is ideal for those who find stairs a challenge. There are no internal steps and the back door step is reasonably shallow so may suit partially disabled.
The Lawns is located on a quiet country road, but the beautiful beaches at Poole are only 12 miles away and the New Forest just a little further. Excellent touring base with many places of interest. Supermarket 1½ miles, pub 750 yards.
