The villa is a quiet ground floor apartment for 4 persons in a house situated in Calpe, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca. Even though it is a completely private rental, the house is located in an urbanized but very quiet area. Situated a few minutes from the fine sandy beaches of Calpe, close to great restaurants, supermarkets, shops and entertainment venues. We also invite you to visit the natural park of Peñon d'Ifach; and discover its beautiful coves: Cala Alga, Manzanera, etc...

The house is divided into two rooms. The main room is composed of a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen. The living room has cable TV, with channels in Spanish, German, French and English. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need to prepare delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The room also has a nice double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Next to the main room, as you step out onto the pretty entrance porch, on the left hand side is the second room, which consists of a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The house does not have air conditioning but it does have fans.

This villa has a beautiful and large garden with flowers and fruit trees. Private swimming pool and garden furniture to make the most of it. There is also a charming little wooden house, ideal for playing at home when travelling with children or for relaxing evenings. There is a portable barbecue and a small house for pets, as well as an outdoor parking inside the property. You can enjoy a pleasant holiday as a couple or as a family...For rents equipped with air conditioning, the current rate includes 200 Kw per week. If exceeded, extra based on consumption statement.
