The spacious living area which is upstairs, is open plan with the dining area and kitchen.
The room features incredible sea views and is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a coffee table wall-mounted Samsung Frame Smart TV and Sony speakers Kitchen The bespoke kitchen has ample work top space and storage and features an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Utility Room On the ground floor to the back of the cottage (outside) is a small utility room which houses a washing machine, ironing board, clothes airer and other household items. Dining Area This area is furnished with a table and chairs for two Bedroom Situated on the ground floor of the cottage this bright and airy this room has sea views and is furnished with a small double bed (4 ft), bedside shelves with reading lights, drawers and a hanging wardrobe Bathroom Positioned on the ground floor the bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle with electric shower, heated towel rail, drawer cabinet, hand basin and WC. Parking The Nutshell has free designated parking at the Chy Morvah Hotel which is approximately five minutes’ walk away.
The property provides a parking permit for one vehicle, which must be collected on arrival from the cottage prior to settling in. The permit must be displayed on your dashboard when parked

Nutshell offers couples and their dogs the perfect place to call home while exploring the beaches and coast paths around Mounts Bay in West Cornwall. Beautifully styled, airy and light-filled, the cottage which has recently been refurbished, feels surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom property, with the open plan layout in the upstairs living area boasting vaulted ceilings and incredible views of both the bay and Mount.
This is a lovely place for relaxation whether sharing a cooked breakfast together at the table or curled up on the sofa with a cup of tea. The small yet perfectly formed kitchen is well equipped for rustling up home cooked meals however if you’re partial to eating out, restaurants like The Godolphin and The King’s Arms (both of which are dog-friendly) are within easy reach by foot. Nutshell’s bright bedroom and contemporary bathroom can both be found on the ground floor where the ceilings are lower for a delightfully cosy atmosphere. The bedroom is a lovely space to unwind in as it too has sea views, with a comfortable small double bed allowing guests to drift off with ease.
One of the best-known landmarks in Cornwall, St Michael's Mount is a fascinating place which seems to rise from the sea and is a must-see attraction for anyone visiting Marazion. This small tidal island sits just offshore, right in the middle of the bay so you can either wait for the tide to go out and walk your way across the causeway or make your way by boat of which there are three landing points on the mainland, Chapel Rock, Gwelva and Top Tieb. One of the county’s best loved stretches of coastline, west Cornwall is home to a bevy of beautiful beaches including those at Perranunthnoe, Sennen and Prussia coves, Carbis Bay and Porthcurno. However, if you’re looking for the best beaches to give your four-legged furbaby a run on at any time of the year, Marazion East Beach, Long Rock and slightly further afield at Porthkidney Sands, are excellent dog-friendly choices.

What sold me was the view, and that was no lie, it was gorgeous.The property owner left a great book of instructions on appliances, except washer/dryer. Still didn't quite master that one. Upon arrival, we couldn't get the TV to work, that took a couple of days with communications between the rental...

Fantastic location with a great view. The pub was 3 minutes up the road and 10 down the road the cottage was clean and lovely. Also any problems thay were there straight way to help 10/10 I'd stay again...
