Seascape is a coastal holiday home situated in the seaside resort of Sidmouth.. 1 step to entrance.

No smoking.. Seascape is a spacious and bright one-bedroom holiday home located within the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth.
This property is a superb base for a couple looking to explore the town’s pebbly beach, coastal paths and a range of restaurants, shops, and cafés. The Byes River and Margaret’s Meadow Park can be accessed directly from the back of the well kept large garden, accommodating a summer house with garden furniture, several shrubs and a large oak tree.
The seafront and town centre are just a 20-minute level walk away or a 1 ½ mile drive. As you enter the property, head into the living room which is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with Freeview.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a slimline dishwasher; there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests to use in a utility area in the garage. After a busy day exploring the area, step into the large back garden which has a lawn and outdoor seating.
As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep in the well-presented bedroom with its kingsize bed and shower cubicle in the room.
The family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink and there is a separate toilet next door. Take a five-minute stroll into Sidmouth town centre to find everything you need during your stay; there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and pubs to choose from.
You are within a level 15-minute walk to the picturesque and tranquil award-winning beach with its long and level esplanade, surrounded by awe inspiring cliffs that gives a very secluded feel.
Take in the beautiful views of the Jurassic coastline which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history.
The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the town’s parks and gardens.
Sidmouth’s largest park, The Byes, affords a tranquil environment for a riverside stroll or cycle.

A comfortable, well equipped bungalow with large back garden. Great for dogs with access directly on to the Byes - riverside fields and park and linking the property to the seafront in about a 20 mins walk. 20 mins walk the other way to the Blue Ball at Sidford for good Sunday lunch.

We had a brilliant holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable.Seascape is in a great location. A good secure garden with access to the byes, ideal for dog walks.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

Stayed at seascape from 10th to 17th may.Excellent weather except for rain all day on 13th Accommodation very good,quiet and well equipped..Enjoyed walking along thr Byes.to the seafront and alomht the coastal path.
