Just had a brilliant week at 12a. Very comfortable apartment but the standout are the views. We spent our days walking and exploring the area and it's beaches, and the evenings sat on the chairs looking at the boats. Honestly we didn't put the TV on once. We are currently looking at dates to re book next June.
OK the walk into town and back can be arduous but we found cuts to reduce the inclines.

A very spacious apartment with absolutely stunning views over Dartmouth and the river. Sometimes a struggle to pull myself away from the view and get out. A very short downhill walk into town, less than 10mins. However, a very steep walk back. The property has private parking. So not a problem takin...
