The Villa Seeblick was built in 1999 and is located in Alt-Sassnitz directly on the beach promenade with a marvellous view of the Baltic Sea. The old town of Sassnitz with its spa architecture has a very special charm. The mixture of lovingly restored, renovated and new houses, the winding alleyways and stairways exude a Mediterranean flair. Restaurants and cafés at the old market and on the beach promenade invite you to linger. Thanks to the beautiful location in Sassnitz Old Town, you can not only reach the extensive beech forests of the Jasmund National Park, the chalk cliffs or the town centre easily on foot, but also the Sassnitz yacht and fishing harbour with the longest outer pier in Europe and its various restaurants and pubs are in the immediate vicinity of the flat house. There is a lift in the house. Parking spaces are available in the multi-storey car park at the harbour.

Villa Seeblick has a lift and a staircase for the upper floors. The fully equipped holiday flat is located on the top floor of Villa Seeblick with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town. Completely renovated in July 2017, the flat has a shower room, a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen TV as well as a cosy living area with a large south-facing window front that offers a wonderful, wide view of the Baltic Sea. Adjacent to the charmingly furnished living room you will find the separate but open-plan kitchen area with a modern fitted kitchen. This is equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob with oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and many other kitchen utensils. The dining area is located in front of the large window front in the living room. Enjoy the sunrise here over a cosy breakfast, for example. In the living area there is a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a radio and a large flat-screen TV. Other amenities in the cosy flat include an ironing board and an iron. The car parking space for the flat is located in the multi-storey car park at the city harbour, approx. 500 m away. Bicycle storage is not available.
