We are delighted to present this beautiful family villa for up to 16 people located in the urbanization Pinos de Alhaurín, in the beautiful village of Alhaurín de la Torre.
It has beautiful views over the valley and the mountains, being situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, whilst being only a few minutes drive from everything.
Those who stay at Villa Family will have the sole and private use of all 3 separate living accommodations to include 2 houses, a studio appartment, the heated pool, courtyards and gardens, all to themselves. Further details of what’s provided in each are as follows
HOUSE NUMBER 1 - UPPER HOUSE
- Bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and air conditioning.
- Living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table for 4 people and air conditioning.
- Independent kitchen fully furnished and equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives...).
- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bathtub.
STUDIO FLAT
- Living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa bed with double bed and an additional double bed of 160x200cm. Also in this space we find a big table to eat a large number of people.
- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
HOUSE NUMBER 2 - LOWER HOUSE (UPPER FLOOR)
- Master bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
- Bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm side by side, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.
- Bedroom with double bed 140x200cm and air conditioning.
HOUSE NUMBER 2 - LOWER HOUSE (GROUND FLOOR)
- Living/dining room with double sofa bed and air conditioning.
- Kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives...).
- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
OUTDOORS
- Bathing area with private swimming pool and sunbeds (heated pool optional for 280 euros per week).
- Barbecue area with large table for outdoor dining.
- Various chill-out areas to enjoy the views and relax with a drink.
- Orchard and fruit trees.
- Sports area with petanque court and basketball hoop.
Remember that there is outdoor parking on the plot for several vehicles, as well as internet via WIFI throughout the property.
In addition, if necessary, we offer our clients the following optional services
- Transfer service to and from the airport
- Taxi pick-up service
- Hiring of chef and live cooking.
- Hiring of local excursions and activities.
